What we need from you
- Where the cargo is located
- An approximate pallet or unit count
- A manifest, if one exists
- Photos — as much of the damage as you can show
- Whether the goods are subject to an insurance claim or subrogation
Resale control
If you don't want salvage goods reappearing under your brand, tell us. We agree off-brand channels or de-brand the stock before resale, and we write it into our terms before we buy — the same commitment we make on everything else.
