Introducer terms
This is a summary. The full introducer agreement is issued when your application is approved.
The Crown Brands Direct introducer programme lets you earn commission by referring stock you don't own, or business contacts who may want to buy or sell stock. These terms explain how it works.
Who can take part
Anyone aged 18 or over can apply. We review each application and may decline it at our discretion. You must only refer stock or contacts you have a genuine connection to, and you must not misrepresent Crown Brands or the businesses you refer.
What counts as a qualifying introduction
Commission is payable only when a deal completes as a result of your introduction — that is, when Crown Brands buys stock you referred, or agrees a deal with a buyer or seller contact you introduced. Introductions must be submitted through the portal before a deal is agreed for the referral to qualify.
Commission
The commission rate is set when you submit each offer or connection and is shown in your portal. Commission is calculated on the price Crown Brands pays for the stock (or the agreed deal value), and is paid after the deal completes and payment is collected. There is no commission for introductions that do not complete.
Payment
Commission is paid in GBP by bank transfer, typically within 30 days of the completed deal. You are responsible for any tax due on your earnings.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, keep your contact details up to date, and not submit the same introduction through multiple parties. Crown Brands may end your participation in the programme at any time.
Attribution and duplicate introductions
Where stock or a contact is referred by an introducer and is also submitted directly by the same business, the first qualifying submission wins. A referral is attributed to the introducer whose submission was received first, and that attribution holds for a 90-day window from the referral date. We check company name, email domain and phone number across our seller, buyer and referral records when a new submission arrives, and where a match is found we flag it and link the records so commission is only paid once, to the introducer whose referral came first within that 90-day window.
