Customer returns

We buy customer returns — pallets, parcels and mixed loads

Returns are the hardest stock to value and the slowest to shift. Whether it's a manifested pallet of graded returns or a container of unmanifested parcels nobody has time to count, we'll make you an outright offer, collect the stock, and pay in advance.

What we buy

  • Manifested returns with grade breakdowns (A to D)
  • Unmanifested pallets and parcels — photos and a rough description are enough for an indicative offer
  • Opened and repacked items, ex-display and shop-soiled stock
  • Damaged packaging and items with cosmetic faults
  • Mixed-category bulk lots, across all categories

What we need from you

  • Photos of the stock as it sits — pallets, shelves, parcel bags
  • The manifest or grade breakdown if you have one; if not, a rough category mix and unit count
  • Where the stock is held, and roughly how many pallets or parcels
  • Whether the stock is palletised and wrapped
  • Any resale restrictions

How we value returns

We value the lot, not line-by-line. Category mix, grade, volume, resale channels and restrictions drive the number. We'd rather make one honest outright offer than a per-item breakdown you'd spend a week checking.

Inspection and revised offers

Every offer is indicative until the stock is inspected. If quantities, condition or dates differ materially from what you told us, we show you exactly what's different and make a revised offer — on the spot where possible. You can accept it or decline it.

Payment and collection

We pay in advance by UK bank transfer, and we arrange and pay for collection. The price we agree is the price you receive — no deductions, no fees off the top.
