FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Straight answers to the questions sellers ask before they send us a stocklist — minimums, who pays for collection, inspection, payment speed and resale restrictions.

Selling to us

Is there a minimum quantity or value?

We don't have a fixed minimum — we've bought single pallets and full container loads. As a rule of thumb, stock with a total cost price under about £1,000 rarely makes a deal worth either of our time, but send it anyway and we'll tell you straight.

Do you buy single pallets, or full loads only?

Both. A single pallet in a self-storage unit works; forty pallets in a warehouse works too. What matters is the category, condition and quantity — not the size of the load.

UK only, or Europe as well?

We buy across the UK by default, and we consider stock in Europe case by case. If we buy stock outside the UK, we handle the customs paperwork and import on our side — and we set out in writing exactly who is responsible for what before anything moves.

Who pays for collection?

We do. The price we agree is the price you receive — we arrange and pay for collection, including Amazon FBA removal orders. There are no deductions or fees taken off the top.

Offers, inspection and payment

What happens if the goods don't match the manifest?

Every offer is indicative until the stock is inspected. If quantities, condition or expiry dates differ materially from what you told us, we show you exactly what's different and make a revised offer — on the spot where possible. You can accept it or decline it. We don't quietly take the stock and pay less.

How is payment made, and how fast?

By UK bank transfer, in advance — the money clears our account before the stock leaves yours. Once a deal is agreed, payment is normally made the same or next working day.

How quickly do you make an offer?

An indicative offer within 48 hours of receiving your stock details. If we need more information first — extra photos, or a manifest — we ask within that window.

Goods and resale terms

Do you take chilled, frozen or short-dated goods?

Yes — we take in all goods. Chilled, frozen, short-dated, any category and any date: send us what you have and we'll consider it and come back with an offer.

Do you buy branded goods that need rights-holder consent?

Yes, handled properly. You confirm you have the right to sell the stock — surplus, cancelled orders and discontinued lines are normal commerce. If a rights holder restricts how their goods can be sold, declare it. We record resale restrictions against the deal and honour them: off-Amazon channels, export markets or debranding, agreed in writing before we buy. What we won't do is buy stock you don't have the right to sell.

What if I don't want my stock resold on Amazon?

Tell us when you submit. We agree the restriction in writing before the deal completes — off-Amazon channels only, or the stock debranded before resale. For private-label sellers this is standard practice with us, not an exception.

Salvage and destruction

Do you buy damaged or salvage cargo?

Yes. Water damage, transit damage, insurance write-offs and abandoned freight — we buy salvage cargo outright, arrange collection and pay in advance. Photos of the damage speed up the offer considerably. See our salvage cargo page.

Can you destroy stock rather than resell it?

Yes. We are verified destruction agents working with permitted destruction and recycling facilities across the UK. Every consignment gets witnessed destruction, a certificate of destruction and full duty-of-care paperwork. See our cargo destruction page.

Introducer scheme

How does the introducer scheme work?

You refer stock you don't own and we handle everything after the introduction. You earn £25 when we make an offer to the supplier, 5% of the purchase price when we buy, and 2.5% on every repeat order from that supplier for 2 years. Purchase commission is paid when we pay the supplier, and it doesn't change if the stock sells slowly or not at all. Become an introducer.

Sound like your situation?

Submit your stock details once. We come back with an indicative offer within 48 hours, arrange collection, and pay you in advance.
