Amazon FBA
We buy stock stuck in Amazon FBA — and handle the removal order
If a long-term storage fee is coming, your aged inventory surcharge is climbing, or you're simply done paying Amazon to hold stock that isn't selling — we'll buy it, arrange the removal, and pay you in advance.
Who this is for
- Long-term storage fees or aged inventory surcharges due on slow-moving stock
- Stranded or unfulfillable inventory — damaged, expired or recalled stock you can't send back into a listing
- Closing, pausing or downsizing an FBA operation
- ASINs that are delisted, gated or restricted for you
- Stock sitting in an EU fulfilment centre you'd rather not pay to bring home
How the removal order works
- 1
Send us your stocklist. ASINs/SKUs, quantities, marketplaces, condition and your resale terms. An Inventory Ledger export from Seller Central is ideal.
- 2
Indicative offer within 48 hours, based on category, condition, quantities and your resale restrictions.
- 3
Agree terms. If you accept, we confirm the deal in writing.
- 4
The removal order goes in. If it isn't raised yet, we walk you through raising it with a return address that suits you — your warehouse, or a prep centre or 3PL you already use. Amazon bills removal fees to your seller account per unit; we've already taken them into account in our offer.
- 5
We pay, in advance. Bank transfer once the deal is agreed — before the stock leaves the return address.
- 6
We collect. Amazon typically completes removals within 30 days of the order being raised. Once the stock lands at the return address, we collect within days.
Who pays for what
- Amazon removal fees
- Billed to your seller account by Amazon. We take them into account in our offer, so they don't come out of your pocket twice.
- Collection from the return address
- Arranged and paid by us.
- Customs and import (EU fulfilment centres)
- Handled by us, and set out in writing before anything moves.
What we need from you
- Stocklist — ASINs/SKUs and quantities (a Seller Central export is perfect, photos work too)
- Which marketplace(s) the stock sits in
- Whether the units are FNSKU-labelled
- Whether removal orders are already raised, and to what address
- Earliest expiry or best-before date, if applicable
- Any resale restrictions — for example, not back on Amazon against your own listing
- Your target — a figure, or a deadline
Timescales
- Indicative offer: within 48 hours of your stocklist
- Payment: same or next working day once the deal is agreed
- Removal: Amazon typically completes removal orders within 30 days of being raised
- Collection: within days of the stock landing at the return address
